SciVenia is a tool for managing scientific events that assists scientists and coordinators in curating significant gatherings. It encompasses the entire procedure in a seamless progression, supplying all the necessary backing for the planners.
key problems
From:
Long scientific event organization process, taking 9-12 months
No single tool that covers the whole process, 4 different systems needed
No data centralization, event materials usual get lost

summary
The project journey of SciVenia was super-fun! I am so grateful to everyone that participated in building every little aspect of this product. We started as a small group that was full of ideas and passion, and ended up building great product and being one of the startups that was selected to pitch their product at the Venture Devils Demo Days 2023 in the USA. All of us learned a great deal with SciVenia and expended our network. To many more fruitful collaborations!
